“This was one of the most confusing stays I have ever had, firstly communication from the park was great at first and then more and more and more.. the contact loves a good information flood on WhatsApp So I thought I had all the information I could need, but quickly realised I actually knew nothing. Google does not tell you much about the resort apart from poor reviews on restaurants, but I could not find a mart, shops, anything really? There is no information about the resort available, I……

“We were 3 of only 5 people in the hotel so services were at a bare minimum, which sucked for us. The place looked fresh and new, which is hard to do as things age quickly in Vietnams climate. The room was delightful and comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room and well laid out. Don't sit on the side of the bath as it's held down and tipped up me which took a bit a work to rectify. Breakfast 1was terrible, with no menu to choose from it was just prepared and here's something to eat. Breakfast 2……

“For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it. Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old……
