Also Golf Cart and Bicycle Agreements will need to be signed before arrival.

Bring your clubs to play at the Chula Vista Executive Golf Course adjacent to our quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood! There are over 40 Executive golf courses a golf cart drive away!
Publics grocery store is a short 3 minute golf cart drive away! 5 minute golf cart ride to Lake Sumter landing, a beautiful Cape Cod inspired lakeside town square with live music nightly, great restaurants, shopping and boat rides.
