“The staff were very friendly and engaging which was nice. The property was clean and as was the room. Only two minor issues was the bathroom. It's small so you have to either step inside shower to close door or stand in between toilet and shower to close door Only other minor issues is pillows. I'd advise bringing your own or asking if they can give an additional one as hey don't provide much support for sleeping. Overall nice experience with lot of different food choices”

“The night clerk was willing to accept the price for the room as it was on Expedia, however the price was $80. The night clerk explained he was not making money from a $38 rate. The room was nice and cleaned but the area outside could be cleaned up since a section of the hotel is for weekly rentals.”

“While the room was described as a balcony room on the riverfront it is really a ground level room with a small wooden deck. It sits on a field that is a good distance away from the water and you have a slight view of the river from your room. The grounds offer nice seating to view and enjoy the river from. There is a pool in front of the motel that was kept clean. This is a roadside motel so there are many loud vehicles that travel by all hours of the night. The air conditioner has a high fan……

“There were bugs in the room and the towels were stained. Staff was kind, at least the two ladies I spoke to in the office were. Also, there is not a breakfast included, it's bagels and coffee or juice.”

“Non smoking room and was updated and very clean with all tile flooring. Bedding and towels were very nice quality.”

“Where to start. Ok, booked this room for one night for my son in law to shelter from the hurricane away from the beach. He got there around 6 pm. The person at the desk spoke no English and had no clue how to process his Expedia reservation. Finally called someone who managed to get him checked in. He got his key and went to get something to eat. Came back walked into the room and it was all down hill after that. There were dead cockroaches on the floor. No bottom sheet on the bed. No toilet……

“The room was not that clean. The woman who runs the place should not be working in a Customer Service position!! She doesn't understand the meaning. She was extremely rude and very racist. I will never again stay at this motel. ”
