"The water bottle refill station takes forever to fill up. Please see if 8th floor can have a faster water fill. Thank you. The front door wave wasn’t working, and the situation about the smoke smell in the room was handled right away, thank you, everything else was great. "

"Stunning hotel with beautiful rooms. Close to most attractions but honestly I didn’t want to leave the hotel, they had beautiful restaurants and amenities. "

"Kind and efficient check in process. Breakfast buffet had great options. Enjoyed the room and the view. Convenient to public transport as well."

"Room was clean, and pool was nice and well-maintained. There is construction happening nearby, but the outdoor walking paths near the marina are lovely. My kids loved the free cookies. There is also free street parking across the street from the hotel."

"Great corner room with ama,ing nighttime views of the city bed super comfy. No coffe available until 6:30am other than the horrible room option. No lobby coffee which is a big deal for me as an early riser."
