"Rooms very comfortable and cean! Staff friendly, courtesy, professional and helpful. Lots of restaurants and a large shopping center right in vicinity; some within walking distance. "

Loved the direct access to the trolley just outside the hotel and also the breakfast at Silver Whistle downstairs was phenomenal - loved The Avenue truffle egg jar. Never made it upstairs to the rooftop because kids aren’t allowed up there but heard it’s really beautiful. One thing that would have been helpful would be larger shampoo/comdutioner/body wash bottles in the room, not really enough to accommodate four people. "

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was so nice! The hotel waw every nice. Inside and outside pool. "

"Buyer Beware - comfortable room & bed, pretty decent complimentary breakfast, but pool closed until June, no fridge & microwave in my room despite both being included in the list of amenities. Also beware of the semi-hidden $12 + tax per day charge for parking, something no one would voluntarily pay to park here, therefore it’s just a sneaky way to allow them to advertise it for less on the travel sites. Note - 6 am the next morning I pulled back the shower curtain to discover there was no knob for cold water in the tub/shower - they did let me use the shower in an adjacent room but it doe beg the question - how could they put someone in a room without a working shower?"

"When you pull up the property looks great. Check in went smooth then we got to our room. Upon getting to our room the bottom of the door and the threshold had a 1/2 inch gap between the two that we had to use a towel to cover so no bugs would get in. Then you look at the door and you could see day light through the door that had cracks in the wood. The curtains that they had in the room had giant holes in them, not sure if a previous caretaker tried to iron them and left the iron on too long but they were big. The sink would fill up quickly with water and take thirty minutes to drain so some times we had to wash our hands by turning on the bathtub. Finally we get to the mold that was showing through the paint in the corners of the room. I would not wish my worst enemy to stay at this hotel and can’t believe it was on Expedia. You can tell they have put layers of paint on everything and were trying to fix the place up but if they were to do it right they should shut down to gut and replace what needs to be fixed instead of putting bandaids on. "
