“Excellent location, quick communication. Plenty of street parking, very quiet neighborhood. Know that there is a suite on the first floor, a bedroom on the second floor, and two bedrooms on the third floor. There is noise with people walking above you and going up and down the stairs but not too terrible. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“We had a great time! Our group stayed over Halloween weekend, and the host was super hospitable and kind during the check in and check out process. Definitely recommend if you’re staying with a bigger group! Do be prepared for your calves to be sore from going up and down lots of stairs, lol.”

The beds were comfortable and the house was well insulated from the street noise so the 4 rooms to the back of the house heard nothing of the Mardi Gras revelers on the street! The kids loved the heated pool and we enjoyed the walking distance to a few cafes and restaurants on St. Charles was great. Seph was extremely friendly and quick to reply to our messages. ”
