  • Come stay with us in our large, nicely decorated, duplex apartment (2292 sq. ft.), is located in a small private complex of only 15 units with a shared swimming-pool, gated parking and a delicious pastry shop (Fabrica Velha) below.

    The complex is a short (5 minute) walk to the Carvoeiro center shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, supermarkets and the picturesque Carvoeiro beach, one of the most photographed in the central Algarve!

    The apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 child.

    Entrance to the property is via a large sun terrace with outdoor dining furniture - perfect for al fresco dining on the warm Algarve evenings - with patio doors and main door entrance leading to the lounge/dining area.

    The apartment is spaciously set out on two floors, separated by a spiral staircase from the lounge area.

    The LOWER FLOOR consists of the open-plan lounge with 2 sofas and a large smart TV and dining area with a new dining table and chairs and a small office desk area.

    Off this is a double bedroom with (new Mattress and topper), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, oven and ample pots, pans and cutlery.

    The ground floor also features a utility room with washing-machine and a bathroom complete with shower, toilet and wash basin.

    The UPPER FLOOR consists of a double bedroom (new Mattress and topper), a twin bedroom, a single bed in the library (for a 7th person) and a full equipped bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet and a wash basin.

    The twin and double bedrooms on this level share a large and very private sun terrace with two sun beds accessed by patio doors.

    Car hire is not necessary if you plan on staying in town, however the apartment has a private gated car park for those who wish to hire a car to explore all the great beaches that the Algarve has to offer.

    The top bakery café is also part of the condominium complex and it's so great to wake up to the smell of their freshly baked treats!

    With a GREAT location, 3 large and comfortable rooms, fiber optic wi-fi, smart tv, well equipped kitchen, secure location, swimming-pool, Casa Nelly is the ideal place to stay in the heart of Carvoeiro!

Lovely apartment in the heart of Carvoeiro, within walking distance to the beach, grocery stores and many lovely restaurants. The apartment is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The beds are super comfy and everywhere was spotlessly clean.There is plenty of outside space with a front courtyard equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue and a lovely roof terrace that we were able to make use of when the sun finally came out! We also had access to the pool but unfortunately didn't get the weather for it.Communication with the hosts was great and they very kindly allowed us an earlier check in.We were also greeted with something to eat and drink which was very welcome after a long journey. Highly recommended!

We were all-- 6 of us in our 70ies-- completely impressed with the property which was fully equiped from every angle. The hosts even provided fresh fruit and milk and bread which we consumed after our evening arrival.

Just a short walk to the beach! Wonderful value. Easy check-in, quiet gated apartment building with pool and parking!Property manager was friendly, quick to respond to any questions or requests, and recommended a lovely bakery just downstairs, which we went to most mornings. There was a binder with information about the property, contact info, etc. Our only disappointment was the very limited supply of essentials, given that we were a group of 6 people staying for 1 week. No paper towel was provided for the kitchen, very little toilet paper, and only a drop of laundry detergent for the washing machine which is one of the listed features of the apartment. When we quickly ran out and inquired about getting some more of these essentials for our stay, we were told we had to buy our own and only enough was provided "for arrival". A family doesnt want to be buying large amounts of toulet paper or laundry detergent while traveling, then having to either leave it behind. Just a consideration!

Très belle semaine! Accueil chaleureux et simple. Petit welcome package à l’arrivée. Nous n’avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour (parasol, serviettes de plage et jouets de sable prêtés ont été bien appréciés). Très confortable pour notre famille de cinq, beaucoup d’espace et climatisation était un must! La localisation est aussi idéale, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage et des restos. Merci!

Property in good location, easy access to town. Accommodation was light and very airy. Property was fully functional, the kitchen was well equipped which was a particular need of ours and there was adequate space for the family. It did however feel a little tired, not quite as fresh as the images portrayed, we feel it is in need of some TLC. The property was very clean on arrival and the hosts were exceptional at communicating and met all our needs and answered all our questions. Sonia was most helpful.

Apartment exactly as described, short walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants and bars a few mins away. Yet apartment area is quiet so really is the best of both Worlds. Great Stay in Carvoeiro

Plenty of space, clean and well-equipped. Sonia, who managed check-in, was very helpful and the whole experience was straightforward. The pool was lovely and very welcome in the hot weather. Lots of great beaches nearby and the apartment is easy walking distance to Carvoeiro beach and restaurants.

Perfect holiday

We had a great stay for 1 month in January with our family. Danielle and Matt were super friendly and arranged for us everything we needed for our youngest child( 3 months old). Highly recommend Casa Nelly fornyour stay in Carveoiro. Our 5th visit to the area but our 1st stay in Casa Nelly and we will be back. Duolex had everyrhing we needed. Wonderful apartment. Everything you need is there. Beds comfy, bathrooms clean, kitchen stocked with utensils and plastics as good as your own home, towels clean and good quality. Instructions for entry and communication with owner clear and easy to follow. Short walk to beach and great pool in complex. Highly recommended.

Easily accessible

Loved the bakery below and ease of accessibility to restaurants, the beach and boardwalk. The bed on main floor was hard and uncomfortable. We slept in the upstairs bed which was more comfortable with lots of space and a balcony. Keep in mind the spiral staircase if you are staying in the upstairs bedroom. Communication with property manager was great and the kitchen was well stocked which was a wonderful bonus. We didnt realized that it's located on a busy one way street into Carvoeiro so it's a bit noisy with cars speeding through all night long.

Fabulous Apartment

Five of us stayed last week. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was quiet and only a short walk to the main bars and restaurants. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sunbeds. Rui and great with communication and answered any queries I had quickly and thoroughly. We will definately be returning!!

Matt and Danielle were very helpful with information and directions. Lovely Carvoeiro

The villa had everything required for an enjoyable stay in Carvoeiro. It was clean, comfortable and large enough for myself, my husband and our five children, 4 of whom are teenagers. The wifi was good as well. We would happily return to this villa. The host was easy to contact if necessary. There is no need for a car for this villa if you are planning to stay around carvoeiro which is a beautiful town with plenty of lovely restaurants. The beach is a 10 minute stroll, which is essentially the centre of the town.

Could not want anything more…

We had the most amazing stay at Matt and Gabrielle’s property. The place is so well equipped, left us wanting for nothing. The location was ideal, very central and only a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. The communication with Matt and Gabrielle was so welcoming, easy and fast. Sonia was there to greet us when we arrived. Again…very welcoming and she was incredibly helpful. Airport pick up and drop offs were organised for us, and we were accommodated to regarding check in and out times. The whole family had the best of time and would highly recommend the property. Thank you Matt, Gabrielle and Sonia!

Casa Nelly is the perfect place for a family

We (2 adults & 3 kids) enjoyed our stay at Casa Nelly. - The house was very clean and well equipped. - Check-in as well as check-out was very comfortable. - Our contact person Sonia showed us everything at our arrival and was always available and very helpful during our stay. Thank you! - Unfortunately we could enjoy the pool just for one day - but it's just around the corner and at that day we were the only ones enjoying it :-) - If you're a beach person: it's a 5-7min walk just down the street. - We also loved the bakery, which is very close by. The kids enjoyed to buy everything for the breakfast. We hope to come back.
