Pessoas muito simpĆ”ticas no acolhimento; o proprietĆ”rio , Sr Luis, recebeu-nos pessoalmente. Todas as condiƧƵes que estavam explicitadas no anĆŗncio foram cumpridas; limpeza geral semanal, troca de roupa, de toalhas. As toalhas estĆ£o bordadas com logo da casa "Vila Cascais"...giro! AtĆ© nos forneceram, a pedido, toalhas para a praia (foram gentis). A moradia estĆ” tal e qual como nas fotos. Jardim cuidado. Piscina em condiƧƵes e com toalhas especĆ­ficas bordadas tambĆ©m. Recomendamos sem reservas. E tivemos sorte no tempo tambĆ©m! Ɖ uma moradia ideal para descansar. Fernando

Villa Cascais in Sesmarias ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Die Villa Cascais wurde sehr schlecht gepflegt, das Reinigungspersonal hat nicht einmal die BadetĆ¼cher wƶchentlich gewechselt. Haben diese selbst gewaschen. Geputzt wurde nur hop hop, darum haben wir das nƶtige selbst gemacht. . Aus dem Inserat ging nicht hervor, dass die Villa an einer sehr befahrenen Strasse liegt. Also fast Tag und Nacht sehr lƤrmig. Wir wĆ¼rden dieses Objekt nicht weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons passĆ© deux semaines avec nos deux enfants. La maison est trĆØs belle et avec tous les Ć©quipements de trĆØs bonne qualitĆ© (cuisine trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e, literie, salle de bain...). Very relaxing holiday. Villa was beautiful & well equipped.

Luis was there to welcome us & show us around this lovely property. He always answered emails very promptly with any queries I had. Set in a very peaceful area but only a 5 minute taxi drive away from the very pretty Carvoeiro town & beach which during summer has some live music in the town square. We loved our trip & very first visit to Portugal. We will definitely return.

Die Beschreibung entspricht 100%ig den Tatsachen! Alles hat Bestens funktioniert. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlichst vom EigentĆ¼mer, Luis, empfangen, welche den Start in die Ferien noch mit lokalen ApĆ©ro SpezialitƤten vor Ort abrundete. Uma boa eschola

Nous avons passĆ© une semaine Ć  la Vila Cascais avec toute la famille. Le propriĆ©taire Ć©tait trĆØs sympa et accueillant. Nous avons beaucoup aimĆ© la maison bien Ć©quipĆ©e, le joli jardin et surtout la piscine rafraĆ®chissante. La semaine Ć©tait tout Ć  fait relaxante et notre sĆ©jour Ć©tait trĆØs agrĆ©able. Tous les matins j'ai fait du jogging jusqu' aux rochers (Ć  20min. de la maison). De lĆ -bas on a une vue extraorinaire et fabuleuse. Le petit supermarchĆ© presqu' Ć  cĆ“tĆ© Ć©tait super. La Vila Cascais est bien situĆ©e et nous avons eu la possibilitĆ© de dĆ©couvrir une bonne partie de l'Algarve.

Es ya la tercera vez que pasamos nuestras vacaciones en Vila Cascais y seguimos superando nuestras expectativas. A la amabilidad del propietario, Luis Lagartinho, se une la preciosidad de la casa, con una delicada decoraciĆ³n en sus amplĆ­simas habitaciones y la comodidad de su mobiliario. MenciĆ³n aparte merecen sus dos amplios baƱos totalmente completos, asĆ­ como la zona ajardinada de la piscina, con sus cĆ³modas tumbonas. Sin duda, repetiremos lo mĆ”s pronto posible.

Wonderful holiday at Vila Cascasis

We stayed at Vila Cascais for three weeks and had a wonderful time. The property is in a quiet location, but it only took 30 minutes to walk into the centre of Carvoeiro. There were a couple of nice restaurants a short walk from the villa. The villa was spacious and very comfortable. It felt like home away from home. The garden was lovely and it was great relaxing by the pool. We would definitely recommend Vila Cascais, it is a beautiful home. Sue and Dave Friar

Die Besitzer, welche die Villa auch selbst als Ferienhaus benĆ¼tzen, haben diese geschmackvoll eingerichtet; Hauptthema Meer und segeln, ihr Hobby. Zahlreiche gute Restaurants fĆ¼r jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel in der Umgebung. Zugang aus allen RƤumen zur schƶnen Terrasse und Pool. Ziemlich ruhige Lage, nur 5 Km bis Autobahn und Sicht von der Dachterrasse aufs Meer. Ideal zur Besichtigung der Westalgarve.

Beautiful Vila Cascais

We visited Vila Cascais for a fortnight and had a fabulous time. The property is in a beautiful and generally quiet part of the Algarve. Both inside and outside the property was absolutely immaculate and spacious so our party of 4 adults (and one dog) felt we had plenty of room. This pictures really don't do this villa justice! We would highly recommend Vila Cascais and will certainly return to it if we holiday in the Algarve in the future.

Our 3. visit, still fantastic!

Our family with two boys aged 10 and 12 really love this house and the area with all the nice beaches - one to fit every need close by. This was our third visit, but probably not our last. The lovely house with the personal touch of the - very friendly and helpful - Lagartinho family, has a beautiful garden and is situated in a very nice and quiet villa area on top of the hill, with beautiful views and fresh air. It is even better than in the pictures and everything is just as it should be. The bonus: a nearby shop sells freshly baked baguettes and croissants :o)

Das Haus ist sehr schƶn und gerƤumig mit einer tollen Ć¼berdachten Terrasse. 2 mal in der Woche wurden die HandtĆ¼cher und Bettzeug gewechselt und das Bad gereinigt, was uns gut gefallen hat. Das Haus war fĆ¼r uns etwas schwierig zu finden, so dass wir sehr spƤt angekommen sind, trotzdem wurden wir erwartet und alles hat gut geklappt. Es ist alles so, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Haus und Pool sind wirklich sehr schƶn; alles ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Cascais in vollen ZĆ¼gen genossen. Auch die Inhaber, Helena und Luis , sind sehr nett. Die Lage der Villa ist ebenfalls sehr gut - kleiner Supermarkt und Pizzeria sind in unmittelbarer NƤhe, ebenso schƶne StrƤnde.

Wunderschƶne Algarve im wunderschƶnen Haus

Wir haben schƶne Tage in diesem wunderschƶnen Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr gemĆ¼tlich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Und von der Dachterrasse kann man sogar das Meer sehen. Die Bilder geben das Haus zu 100 % wieder. Wir wurden von Luis sehr nett empfangen, obwohl er einige Zeit auf uns warten musste, das Navi kannte die angegebene Adresse nicht. Ɯber die fĆ¼r uns bereitgestellten regionalen Kƶstlichkeiten haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Sesmarias ist ein Ort mit vielen HƤusern/Villen, keine groƟen Hotelanlagen, jedoch mit wenig Mƶglichkeiten zum Essen gehen. In der Umgebung gibt es aber viele Restaurants, Grills etc., ein Auto ist aus unserer Sicht unbedingt erforderlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt und kƶnnen die Vila Cascais sehr empfehlen. Es war unser erster Urlaub an der wunderschƶnen Algarve - ich denke, es wird nicht der letzte sein!

Schƶner Herbst-Urlaub in traumhafter Villa

Wir verbrachten mit unserem 15-jƤhrigen Sohn einen wunderschƶnen Urlaub in der Villa Cascais in Sesmarias. Am Tag unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Herrn Luis Lagartinho persƶnlich in der Villa empfangen und erhielten zur BegrĆ¼ĆŸung und Erstverpflegung einige Leckereien aus der Region. AuƟerdem gab er uns Tipps bzgl. Einkaufen und Restaurants. Diese waren alle in relativ kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Die Pizzeria, ca. 200 m entfernt, sehr empfehlenswert und preisgĆ¼nstig. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, im maritimen Stil eingerichtet, die Aufteilung sehr schƶn und HandtĆ¼cher und Badelaken waren ausreichend vorhanden. Auf dem GrundstĆ¼ck bestand auƟerdem die Mƶglichkeit ein Auto (sehr empfehlenswert) abzustellen. Schƶne StrƤnde findet man in unmittelbarer NƤhe (5-10 Min. mit dem Auto.) Den Pool benutzen wir tƤglich, die Wassertiefe reichte von 0.40 m bis zu 1.80 m. Sehr schƶn war auch die Ć¼berdachte Terrasse, so dass man auch bei nicht so tollem Wetter die Mƶglichkeit hat drauƟen zu sitzen. Wir kƶnnen diese Villa ohne EinschrƤnkungen empfehlen und wĆ¼rden sie bei einem weiteren Urlaub an der Algarve wieder mieten.

trĆØs belle villa avec un intĆ©rieure haut de gamme , nous avons eu beaucoup de problĆØme avec le lave vaisselle , le frigo et, la cafetiĆØre, ce qui faisait disjoncter le compteur. le frigo a Ć©tĆ© remplacĆ© la veille de notre dĆ©part . je pense que le propriĆ©taire Ć©tait conscient de cette situation et aurait pu nous en faire part. tous ces problĆØmes on eu des rĆ©percussion nĆ©faste sur notre sĆ©jour.le propriĆ©taire aurait pu faire un geste commercial vu les problĆØmes subie . d'autre part nous n'avons pas eu de nouvelle du propriĆ©taire lors de notre dĆ©part (nous sommes bien rentrĆ© monsieur Louis).

Maison de vacances Ơ rƩserver sans hƩsitation

HabituĆ©s depuis de nombreuses annĆ©es au site Abritel pour rĆ©server nos vacances, mon mari et moi sommes tombĆ©s d'accord pour dire que "la vila Cascais" Ć©tait l'une des plus jolies maisons que nous n'ayons jamais eue. Luis, le propriĆ©taire, fait le maximum et plus encore pour que le sĆ©jour chez lui soit parfait, que ce soit par de charmantes attentions (vin, charcuteries, fromage, pain, pĆ¢tisseries portugaises et surtout la confiture faite maison) ou par son accueil chaleureux. La maison est extrĆŖmement bien Ć©quipĆ©e : tous les appareils mĆ©nagers sont de marque, la dĆ©coration sur le thĆØme de la mer est de bon goĆ»t, les climatiseurs Ć  disposition sont un vrai plus quand il fait trĆØs chaud. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermĆ©s, vous ne serez pas dƩƧus. Merci Ć  vous Luis.

Como en casa

Pasamos una semana maravillosa. La casa, el jardin y la piscina son perfectos salvo la barbacoa, que estaba en mal estado y era dificil cocinar en ella, un inconveniente cuando pasas todo el dia en la piscina y te gusta hacer barbacoas de vez en cuando. El sr. Lagartinho es todo amabilidad en cuanto a explicaciones sobre la casa y el entorno, y el detalle de recibirte con una cesta de productos de la tierra es todo un acierto. Repetiriamos sin dudarlo.
