Super verten er helt super. Svarer umiddelbart på spørsmål og meldinger men løser de også. Villaen er preget av å være en utleie villa og det er ok. Utegrillen trenger fornying for den var ikke tltalende å bruke. Restaurant Bella Vista på anlegget er super. Smoothi og frukthandelen ved P plassen 30m unna kan også anbefales. Savnet utedusj.

Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage des Hauses ist super und der Aussenbereich top gepflegt, schöner Pool. Innen allerdings ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen und müpmal renoviert werden. Es fehlen Türschlösser, an einiehen Wänden sind Stockflecken, die Schiebetüren schliessen nicht,…. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche müsste auf die Anzahl möglicher Gäste angepasst werden, es fehlen grosse Schüsseln, Töpfe etc. Wenn das gemacht würde ein super Haus

Très belle villa à côté de la plage! Au calme..et à 5mn de carvoeiro. A part le lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionnait pas et l’aération dans la salle du bain si eau qui est à revoir tout était parfait. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Casa Paraiso

We love staying at this villa. Beautiful pool and garden with the added bonus of it being only a short walk to Carvalho beach. The accommodation is clean and modern and the bedrooms are all lovely with their own bathrooms - so no arguing over who gets which bedroom between the children! The balcony on the upstairs parental suite has a lovely view, which I could sit and enjoy all day! A handy shop and 3 restaurants are within a couple of minutes drive at Rocha Brava, plus there is the onsite Italian restaurant when you don't feel like driving into Carvoeiro itself. If you don't feel like driving full stop, a taxi (details provided in the welcome pack) is easy to arrange and for the 5 of us cost approx 10 euros each way into Carvoeiro. We have now stayed at the villa 3 times and the highest praise I can give is that we have already booked to come again in 2021!

Sehr schöne Lage

Das Objekt liegt in einer super Lage in der Nähe des schönen Strandes. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut und beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Ein zusätzlicher großer, wenn auch älterer Kühlschrank ist im Nebenraum.Ausreichend Handtücher sind vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind mit älteren Betten und Matratzen ausgestattet, die auch etwas modrig riechen, hier sollte mindestens in neue Matratzen investiert werden! Die Badezimmer und Duschen mit Toiletten sind recht modern und sehr sauber. Die Türen sind älter und sehr laut beim schließen. Der großzügige Garten ist traumhaft, der Pool ist super und schön warm. Zwei mal kam der Pooolbay zum reinigen. Die Villa hätte auch schönere Gartenstühle und exklusivere Sonnenliegen verdient. Die Plastiksessel sind nicht dem schönen Anwesen würdig. Zimmermädchen waren nicht da während der Woche. Die Korrespondenz mit der Vermieterin ist sehr gut und die Beantwortung der Fragen Passiert umgehend. Alles in allem 4 Sterne. Wir werden in dieser gesamten Anlage wieder nächstes Jahr etwas mieten.

Belle grande propriété.

Belle et grande propriété. Tres bien situé. Gagnerait a mettre a jour les meubles extérieurs pour en faire une propriété exceptionnel. A y aller si vous voulez avoir votre propre piscine et aller a la mer sans prendre la voiture.

villa confortevole in ottima posizione

La casa è molto grande e comoda per un gruppo di due famiglie come eravamo noi. Stanze ampie, luminose, letti comodi, giardino molto grande e ben curato. L'immobile ha qualche anno e si può vedere da qualche pecca degli impianti elettrici ma i bagni sono stati ristrutturati e la qualità in generale è molto buona mentre i condizionatori sembrano di recente installazione. La suite ed il bagno al piano di sopra sono enormi ed hanno un balcone con vista splendida sul club e sul mare. La spiaggia vicino alla casa è un po' affollata in agosto, specialmente nel fine settimana, ma non più di tutte le altre calette della zona. Abbiamo usato la casa come base per visitare i dintorni e ci siamo trovati bene. La dotazione è completa e le cose non son contate. Unica pecca, al momento dell'accesso previsto per le ore 16,00 la casa non era pronta e, nonostante la nostra disponibilità ad attendere quanto necessario perché venisse pulita bene, la pulizia delle camere e della cucina non è stata buona, al contrario di quella dei bagni. Inoltre la piscina era stata lasciata in condizioni pessime dai precedenti affittuari e non era stata adeguatamente pulita. Fortunatamente il personale della reception del club è molto efficiente ed ha inviato subito il manutentore rendendo così la piscina praticabile a partire dal giorno seguente. Per gli inconvenienti sopra citati non posso assegnare le 5 stelle alla valutazione complessiva ma iL rapporto qualità/prezzo è comunque decisamente buono.

Mise à part quelques petits détails comme : 1 porte de placard défectueuse 1 porte fenêtre défectueuse (mais qui se ferme) 1 Syphon de lavabo bloqué 1 Filtre à moustique abîmés Etc... La villa est parfaite, bien située (proche d'une belle plage), porte qui donne sur l'arrière du jardin (directement sur le parking de la plage). Guter Urlaub in tollem Haus und in sehr schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten einen guten Urlaub in einem großzügigen Haus, das uns alles geboten hat, was man in dieser Klasse erwarten kann. In naher Entfernung konnten wir gut einkaufen und uns mit Fisch, Fleisch, Gemüse und allem anderen versorgen. Zum Kochen war alles vorhanden, der Grill wurde öfters genutzt. Der kurze Weg zum Strand über einige Treppen war angenehm und wurde von uns gern genommen, auch zwei mal am Tag. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr großzügig und gut gepflegt, ebenso das zum Haus zugehörige Anwesen.

Nice villa, vulnerable location & poor security

Nice modern villa, however we were BURGLED, whilst in the villa eating a meal by the pool. The villa is located right next to the main route to a popular beach, and has an alley down the side of it. The villa is one of 3 or 4 on the route, and the others have much better security, leaving this one vulnerable to opportunist thieves. As the villa doesn't have the advertised ceiling fans (desktop fans only), or the mobile air conditioning units (de-humidifier), you need to leave doors open whilst in to circulate the air, in temperatures of 40 C. They jumped over the wall at the front and into the front bedroom and emptied my wallet and my wife's purse of cash. I reported the incident to the police, who came immediately, and I also contacted security, who I had to phone again after an hour to attend. I also reported the incident to the owner, and had discovered meantime that the 'fixed' light of the patio door in my childrens room would not lock at all - meaning the property had been unlocked for the first 5 days of my stay. When the man from security eventually arrived he fixed the door. And apparently, according to the owner - it was my fault - for not doing the relevant security checks on arrival! The incident ruined our stay, as my children were too scared to sleep in their own room, and we were very wary of all passers-by, leaving us all on edge. The villa itself is very nice and the gardens and pool are beautiful.

Fantastic.... But!

Villa was immaculate, great location and stunning views...only problem was that the company we booked with did not inform us that you cannot check in, until 4pm. Having booked over 4 months ago, providing flight times and agreeing to them booking transfer , they knew we would be at club atlantico at 10am.. The reception manager was very polite, however there are no bar or food facilities at the club until 6pm. I would like the owner to be informed that communication from their rental parties are not acceptable and less pleasing to the start of your holiday. If you have children and arrive early when the temp is 30 degrees you may want to take note of this !! Otherwise this villa is amazing 😍
