"We loved our little houseboat in Ponta Delgado. We were very fortunate that Sandra took good care of us. We arrived very early in the day and she let us sit in her office (where we nodded off after a long sleepless flight) and then allowed us to check in several hours early. We had unknowingly booked the smallest room with a single bed (that pulls out to a double) and a pull out bed. It was very nice but we wanted a slightly bigger space. However, it is quite an old and not updated property, so just be mindful that there are no air conditioning or fans in the hot weather, so it can get a bit stuffy. Also be wary that any food left on the counter will immediately attract ants. It was still worth the price and location, but it is an old house, and comes with the associated issues. "
