「Didnt like the roaches that were biting me in the bed crawling all over dishes and out door when opening to greet guests. The manager sent me a can of spray to use . The washer was out of order.」

「Excellent customer service, clean apartment, spacious, comfortable, air conditioned, convenient location, wonderful staff, elevator. All the convenience you need. I give them 5 stars all around!! If they maintain the same level of service and customer care, I will surely return!!」

「This property is a full scam online. Once you pull up to the gate, they deny you access and say they'd no longer rent apartments for sublet.Even though I prepaid through expedia. They refuse to refund or respond. Do not book here they will steal your money!! I was stranded in nigeria for 2 weeks with no where to stay」

「It was not a good experience. I did not stay because it was so dirty. There was no formal check-in process. When I arrived there was no knowledge that a “hotel” existed.」

「The room that I rented was a room inside of an apartment. The second bedroom and sitting room belonged to a different guest. I paid via Hotels.com an Yp George Hotel told me that if I wanted to extend my stay that I would have to pay cash, if not for me to check out. That they had no affiliation with Hotels.com. I paid for a room with a kitchen, the stove didn't work bc it didn't have electricity, only used a generator.」

「I’m sorry but this was the worst bed experience I have ever had at a hotel or apartment. The bed is hard as a rock I had to pile up blankets and pillows to sleep on top of. We left for two nights and slept on the island just to get a better bed!! The house next door is a complete disaster. My jeans were moved and no one was at the desk to handle issues after like 8pm. Hot water last 5min. Internet slow and unusable except for the tv. The stove can’t fit two pots at a time so you can only use one...
