Fantastic Holiday Property!

A group of us stayed here for a long weekend and found the house to be a real highlight of our trip. The bedrooms are all very spacious and comfortable, the pool and gardens were huge and well-kept. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need, and the communication and check in was hassle free. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

Family Getaway

VIla Boavista was the perfect house for our family to gather for five days. Its hilltop location captured the breeze, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the garden was beautiful, and the pool and terraces spectacular. Antonia and Adelaide were the perfect hostesses, preparing breakfast and a delicious Portuguese fish dinner. Everyone loved the place and we would not hesitate to go back again and again.

Everything went like clockwork!

We had a large family party to celebrate my wife’s very important birthday! Antonia was so helpful every morning for a couple of hours which made an enormous difference. The villa was totally perfect with all bedrooms ensuite. It was very hot and a couple of extra fans would have been nice! Anyway a big thank you to everyone concerned

Luxorious villa

A very nice villa with good rooms - toilet and bath or shower in each. Good pool and nice staff. Two things could be improved: a microwave oven for family with kids is necessary but missing. And better quiding for clients responsibility of cleaning when cleaning staff is booked. They come so late that dishes should be allready done. This was not informed and caused some discrepancy.

Fab Villa!

We were a group of 12 adults celebrating a 50th birthday and the villa was perfect for us. 6 bedrooms and all with their own bathrooms which was great. Lots of outside space and places to relax with enough loungers and seating areas for us all. A lovely big pool and beautiful gardens. Plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils and lots of fridges. Everything we needed! The only small issues were with communication: no room layout provided in advance (per the listing), no key code provided and nobody there to meet us so we had to call Germany for the key code but we did get an immediate answer. We also had trouble getting Uber’s to find us and one just didn’t turn up but charged us: not the fault of the villa but sharing for others’ sake. You definitely need a car because there are lots of lovely beaches and places to visit. We had the best time!!!!!

Fantastic holiday

We had a fantastic week here. The pool is massive and very deep. 2.2m Kids loved that . We loved the verandas dotted around the villa and saw some amazing sunrises from the top verranda overlooking the sea. The kitchen had lots of crockery and glasses etc for us all. We had many BBQs with our Portuguese family. Antonia was lovely and very helpful and it was useful that one of us spoke good German. Our Portuguese wasn't very good. Great communication before we arrived so we knew what we needed. ( not much at all) We used Uber loads to go to and from Lagos. Fab location. Often only 5 Euros to go to the Town Centre. It was great that most of the bedrooms had fans as it was pretty hot even at night. The separate entrance for room 6 was very useful for the dog. We had fun making memories at this lovely villa and I'm sure we will be back.

Fantastic villa

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa boa vista. There was plenty of spce for our large group of 13 aged between 7 and 45. The kids enjoyed the huge pool and the backyard. At night, the living room was there chilling spot while the parents enjoyed the outdooor living room. We would go again without hesitation!

Simply Amazing

Our travel to Portugal was great and this villa made it even better ! Lovely holiday home

The house was perfect for our girls holiday, amazing place and great location. The address on the listing never seemed to work on Uber - always took us to another address so watch out for this! And we were also asked for €300 cash deposit on arrival which we hadn’t been told about prior which took us by surprise. But overall it was a great place to stay. Beautiful pool and garden.

Property was very hard to find. Owners need to update the pin drop in their instructions.

Rooms were very hot and stupefy with no fans. Supplied towels were very small and need replacing. Best part about the stay was Antonia the cook, very helpful and obliging. Finding the property was a big hassle for the guest groups arriving on the first day and getting taxis/ubers during the stay.

Friends holiday

We really loved this home and would certainly return! It's super hard to summarised, as there was so much that was good about it! The gardens were beautiful and well kept, the pool was the best - really big and deep, so lots of laughter and games had there! The rooms were well kept and there was so much space - all having our own fridge. (Note there is no AC just fans so our pregnant friend struggled). The outdoor seating areas work well, and the roof terrace was such a perfect bonus! It is a really close drive to town and to a beach, and good instructions to get there. There were a lot of amenities at the property - things to cook with, parasols, games - that we found everything we needed and more within the home. The outdoor BBQ was great too. We were so so pleased with this home. Only negative was that there are two neighbouring dogs which live at the bottom of the hill and come on to the property every early morning and late evening and poo on the lawn - not great when you have children with you! But yes, we would return in a heartbeat! Thank you!!

Zie boven ; uniek is de mogelijkheid om de diensten van Antonia te gebruiken. Een gastvrouw 'pur sang'. PS de foto waarmee het huis wordt aangeboden komt in het geheel niet overeen met de werkelijkheid; het straalt absoluut niet de schoonheid van het het complex uit.

Sehr schöne Familienfeiern

Wir sind heute aus der Villa Boavista abgereist. Es war eine sehr schöne Woche mit der Familie (drei Generation). Die Einrichtung des Hause ist sehr schön Vorallem der große Pool hat es groß und klein sehr angetan. Wir haben uns morgens von dem Frühstücks Service von der gute Fee Antionia verwöhnen lassen. Wie wurden auch drei Abende (gegen Aufpreis) extra von Antionia mit sehr leckerem portugiesischen Essen versorgt. Die Lage der Villa ist sehr gut für Ausflüge geeignet wir waren unter anderem in Albufaira und Lagos. Es war wirklich einen sehr schöne Woche und wir danken nochmals sehr der guten Fee Antionia.

Sehr schöne Villa mit großem Pool und bezaubernden Garten

Sehr geräumige und schön angerichtete Villa einen Katzensprung vom Lagos. Wir waren 6 befreundeten Paare und 2 Jugendliche dort. Alle Zimmer sind geschmackvoll angerichtet und verfügen über eigene Dusche oder Bad. Die meiste Zimmer sind groß und alle sehr schön angerichtet. Wir waren die meiste Zeit draußen entweder im Pool Bereich oder an der größere Terrasse. Es gibt alles dort was man braucht. Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Eva war hervorragend, sie hat immer gute Vorschläge gemacht und schnell geantwortet. Antonia ist auch nett, leider war sie krank und könnte für uns nur einmal kochen. Aber sie war immer für uns da wenn wir was bräuchten. Wir haben öfter auch den größere Grill benutzt. Antonia hat uns frische Fische direkt vom Fischer besorgt. war sehr lecker. Wir waren alle zufrieden und empfehlen es weiter

Amazing Time

We had an amazing time at Villa Boavista. There were 12 friends in total and we were there for 3 days in total. Perfect location where we didn't have to worry too much about neighbours and was only a short Uber into town. Lovely golf course a walk away. Antonio was super helpful with setting up of breakfast and dinner 1 night. She did get grumpy one morning as we had left a few bottles outside after a long night. We weren't expecting her to clean and would obviously never have checked out of the property with it in that position. Everything else was great
