“We had a great week long stay here! Location was perfect-close to Disney, LA, family in Anaheim and lots of stores and places to eat nearby. We felt very safe in the unit the entire stay. Host was very friendly and very responsive to our needs. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with all things needed. Loved the outside balcony/porch attached to one of the bedrooms. Parking was always easy to find. Building unit is in is super cute with a water feature in the courtyard!”

“We loved the location. We love San Clemente and all it has to offer. The support person on the phone was very helpful. It’s a great unit. We were very comfortable there. We would return in the future. There are a few things that need to be looked at a little closer. The toilet kept clogging up. Especially when there were more people in the building upstairs. “We had a fantastic week at this cute, cozy bungalow. We came from Wisconsin and met up with family to celebrate our son’s wedding. The home was extremely clean. I even felt comfortable stretching out on the living room carpet to do my daily exercises. The shower had lots of hot water and both beds were comfortable. "We went there that night, and I was extremely dissatisfied as soon as I entered the room. I asked the hotel to change rooms, but they said they were full and couldn't change even if I was willing to pay extra. Although I was unhappy all night, it wasn't a big deal. But what happened next left me completely baffled. This hotel actually used handwritten check-in forms instead of a self-service computer system. More than ten days later, we were still receiving emails from the hotel urging us to pay for valet parking. But we hadn't used the service at all; we parked ourselves, paid for it ourselves when we left, and we have receipts. But they kept emailing us saying we hadn't paid. We had already sent them all the receipts, but they still kept pressing me for payment. This stay was a terrible experience."
