“The price is a bit more expensive and the facilities are not too many, but the rooms with sea views are very comfortable. Will only stay if the price is cheap”

“This is why this comment should matter: We have previously stayed at this Holiday Inn for 3 times. Although our first and second stay was quite nice, our third was one that will prompt us to never come back. Our third experience is as followed. We travelled to Phuket with our grandparents, note that they are in their 70's and 80's. One morning they had decided to head towards one of the restaurants for the hotel's morning buffet. “In house transportation needs to improve especially for the night time service. Waiting time too long ”

“This vacation experience at JW Marriott was very good. But there are two things I reckon the hotel operator should improve. The water pressure is way too low and the bathroom glass door needs better sealing.”

“Our luggages were put under the sun directly for few hours while pending for checkin. It damaged my luggage’s handles causing by high temperature. The handles were melted. It is suggested cover to be placed over luggage to avoid unexpected damaged.”
