"Our modern, one-bedroom home was terrifically thought out, comfortable and well located for our 10 day stay. Fully equipped and very clean. We even managed an over-night by our granddaughters (8 & 5). Small yard allowed our dog to stretch and for us to take in the sun. Dedicated parking removed that hassle. Quiet neighborhood close to stores and convenient to Sausalito to Mill Valley. We'll be happy to return."

"You could not ask for a better location with proximity to the beach and town but unfortunately the property was not accurately disclosed. The property was not secured when we arrived. Multiple windows were open including one that doesn’t have any lock and could never be secured. This meant that we didn’t feel comfortable keeping valuables in the property when on the beach or exploring town. When we entered we immediately could smell a musty mold smell and the front half of the house facing...

"It was a joy to stay at Elizabeth's and Robert's place. The spacious rental had windows with views of the beautiful natural setting, and the private phenomenal deck looked out at ridges of trees in every direction. The hot tub was a welcome respite, too! We hope to take back home and hold onto some of the regenerative and restorative feelings absorbed through our short stay. And we are frog enthusiasts... so happy to listen to their calls!"

"Property was just as advertised - beautiful setting, clean and right across from the beach. Hot tub was well maintained and the board games and electronic games were a nice plus. This portion of the beach is a bit more crowded as right by the parking lot but it's a large stretch, and be mindful of traffic when crossing the street to the beach if you have kids or pets. Only comment is that the Wifi is very slow and doesn't really support TV streaming - even though a destination like this should...

The furniture is high quality. I took off a star because I didn’t realize that the upstairs primary suite is an open loft. You can sort-of see it in the photos once you know what to look for, but I didn’t realize it didn’t have complete walls or a close-able door. Might want to call this out explicitly. "This location was easy to get to San Francisco, Muir Woods, Sausalito. The house was in great and pristine condition. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and offered great suggestions for our group for where to visit and eat. Highly recommend!"

Linda’s guestbook provides detailed instructions on how to work everything in the home. The check in and out process was easy. The location is great with a short walk to the beach. "Property was just as described both in text and photos. Plenty of beds and space for our group of 8. Well maintained and they've thought of everything. With 3 chefs in our group the kitchen did not disappoint with everything from knives, pans, cutting boards, and small appliances to top of line refrigerator, stove/oven and dishwasher. Family meals are easy to prepare with plenty of room for all to gather round to eat. The owner was super responsive and kind with a few of our needs. Easy on/off...
