「We booked the Heitzmann but were given a room in the neighbouring property Two Timez. It was fabulous. Spacious, very clean, lots of space for luggage. Heated floor in bathroom and Aircon. Brilliant location right in the centre of Zell am See」

Dass Hotel top und Essen fein ist, muss gar nicht mehr erwähnt werden ;) Danke auch dann Hermann den Saunameister, der mich hier das erste Mal beim Eisbaden im See, der sich direkt beim Hotel befindet nach der Sauna begleitet hat!」

「Beautiful in all ways except the shower. It’s the size of a small RV yshower and almost impossible tomorrow enjoy or Get completely clean. It’s very surprising given that the entire bathroom is big Big plus is the team. They are really wonderful. Every single one. The breakfast is also amazing.」

「Originally, I preferred a hotel right by the lake but i gave up finding that there was a railway nearby. That is why i picked this hotel and i felt I chose wisely. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with its own parking space and a very short walk to downtown area. The room is of comfortable size and very clean; one can book a room with a lake view, too. The staff we came across are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our two night stay here and will definitely recommend this hotel.」

「Very central and good breakfast. Missed having an in person reception, so would possibly avoid this hotel in future and choose the linked hotel with the reception. It’s worth being aware that this is on a busy dining street with a nice evening buzzy vibe - so some people may find it too noisy.」

「The staff were super friendly. Breakfast offered a good variety and there was an omlette station! Hotel is definitely going for a classic Bavarian look which I quite liked. Some upgrades would be appreciated like newer TVs with smart cast. Be careful in the shower, it's only a pane of glass and it's easy to get water everywhere. Our room had a forest view which was nice and quiet.」

「My husband and 2 daughters stayed for 7 nights at the Gastof Eiserne Hand while visiting the area to ski and watch the Free Ride World Tour event. They had the most amazing hospitality from Markus and Micel and stated "it was the best place we have ever stayed". The beds were comfortable, the location beautiful, the breakfast delicous and the after dinner schnaps very much enjoyed. Markus and Micel are two of the best hosts you'll every find, kind, gracious and accomadating. We can't wait to...
