Having stayed here on a few occasions, i was disappointed at how poor the service was. The staff were stingy - would only give me one coffee sachet and whitener. When i asked for more, they would make me wait for 20 minutes. This happened 3 times in two days so want a one off but some sort of cost saving measure!

Hassnain Ali was a very helpful person and very accommodating. Due to a computer glitch there was a delay in check in but he made it up very well and his attitude towards the whole situation was amazing. I enjoyed staying here. This place was excellent, clean, friendly staff, very professional, lovely atmosphere, security. I was traveling alone I felt very safe here. Next door is a grocery store and small plaza with a Gloria Jeans definitely worth the stay especially for foreigners, don’t miss it!

Always stay here before my flights out of Pakistan, and usually with family on Lahore trips. The front desk staff here is amazing, very accommodating and helpful, also speak good english. Were able to help me with printing out some copies for my passport for a last minute flight switch, and also the whole hotel was super clean during the covid pandemic which is necessary for comfort at the moment. My dad was thoroughly satisfied by the cleanliness, the staff and food service throughout his stay. Thank you for maintaining the amazing standards and hope to see you guys next trip!!
