"At first i was dissappointed because i was unaware that orbitz put me in a room with someone that i did not know.. However the manager jose took care of that. My stay was great, i recommended it to family and friends. My only advice for orbitz is to let the customer know that its a shared home, and ask if they would be ok with that!! That wasn't disclosed to me during booking, i really didn't appreciate it.. Now i wont ever book using orbitz again."

"The balconys, noone botherd anyone or was worried about others, everyone was calm and did their own thing and noone said a word. The bars and pools are great. If you only have money for a place to.stay, stay here they have ALOT of stuff to do for free on thr resort"

"Nice pools, clean rooms, comfortable beds. The electricity wasn't working on many lamps in the room - they did fix some of them after check in, but some remained out. I didn't see coffee in the lobby which would have been nice. I would stay here again, more positives than negatives."
