“Excellent staff, very cozy restaurant and lobby area. Very close to the lake and church street market.”

“We had a great stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was lovely. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!”

“非常好的酒店，店内设施很新，有厨房可以做饭，早餐也不错。”

“适合度假旅游”

“Close to airport”

“整體而言很不錯，一開始猶豫許久，因為考慮到安全問題。但住宿當晚，睡得十分安心，owner十分健談。剛好來的時間為冬天，不然就可以欣賞免費的室外電影了！周遭環境為住宅區，各式美式連鎖速食餐廳都有，開車14分鐘即到市區，算是方便了。總體評價10分，能給到9.5分。”

“The hot tub was down. The pool was all cloudy. The bathrooms smelled like sewage.2 sets of towels for 6 guests. Full size beds in a queen bed room. Breakfast was great. Best continental breakfast iv ever had.”

“Checking in was fine, and I was able to et a late checkout. The staff was okay except for the "valet service." They never opened a door or greeted me when I entered. When I asked for them to calla taxi, the "valet" wanted to hand me a list of phone numbers, so I used Lyft. I was struggling with my suitcase on the way out. Two "valets" were standing a few feet away, and they didn't move! The location of the hotel is great, but the rooms are bare bones. My room was very small and had no closet……

“Stayed here with my daughter on a mother/daughter trip. House was beautiful, staff was super helpful on recommendations in the area and our room was fantastic. We stayed in the Forever Tomgirl room which had a fireplace that was an added bonus in chilly nights. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Poor room cleaning, bad experience”

“The hotel looked like it had recently been renovated. Everything was clean and tidy. I did not like the fact that the in room refrigerator did NOT have a freezer compartment to freeze our ice pack for the cooler we took into the mtns daily. The breakfast was great very similar to what we had last year in Houghton/Hancock MI. Great way to start the day. The front desk person we saw when we checked in was not as helpful as she could be. They should have a list of restaurants in the area that are……

“The only thing is that I would like to see is regular cleaning of the room. We stayed 3 days, but no one came to clean our room.”

“The room is clean and the position is quite good for Costco and Starbucks are quite near. But the basin in the bathroom is really small, besides, water in the pool is not very clean. ”
