「I think our stay wasn't typical for most guests since we booked for the night before Freshman move-in day at Plattsburgh University. However, the gentleman at the front desk was extremely pleasant. 「The location is great; the staff is super helpful and friendly. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the shower is excellent. The decor is modern and simple, a little sparse... The room was large. There are no dressers in the rooms, just some low shelves that are not that easy to use for storing clothing. As in all hotels, I wish there were more hooks in the bathroom. I would stay again.」
