My stay at the Richmond Suites was great.The clerks are very helpful.This is a nice clean place. They have a pool laundry and free breakfast every morning.I also love the way that theyre seperated by buildings ,and it also had a balcony

Disappointed

The room was very dirty, dusty and full of spider webs. They didn’t have any amenities, no small towels no housekeeping . They bedroom part of the room was very hot . The lights didn’t work properly they flickered it was a horrible stay but I didn’t complain because it was Christmas and they didn’t really have workers there to complain to . Definitely not going back

Don’t stay here

Room was disgusting. Towels were dirty. One had a booger. Tub was so filthy we did not take a shower. Felt uneasy and unsafe. Did not sleep all night feeling like someone would break in room or car. Look up the crime rate in the area. There was a guy on the stairs smoking a cigarette and he made us feel uneasy.

There are other options. Stay away from this one.

Room was dirty, pieces of paper on the floor, dust everywhere, burned covers, sigarette marks in the bathroom, faucet in the shower couldn’t be turn off and had a constant leakage, wifi didn’t work, A/C very loud had to turn it off to sleep. Breakfast very poor only precooked eggs and sausage and it was not good, NO water to drink, employees at breakfast picks food and eat in the back. Person at the reception not gentle at all and didn’t do anything to help the situation. Worse hotel ever. Awful experience.

I liked that the property was close to the interstate and multiple stores, that was very convenient. I disliked I stayed there longer than 7 days and I feel that housekeeping could have did a better job. I should not have to ask or remind them to bring clean towels or to do a good cleaning to the room.

Horrible experience

The hotel needs remodeling and up on leaving to go meet family people in the parking lot started shooting . Also on Checkout day house keeping started calling my room phone at 9am then at 10 . I will never stay again and it is not recommended
