“We enjoyed our stay. You have to pay and utilize the state park in order to launch the boat and you will have to take it out after each use, as you can't use the bay to access the cabin dock. My kids thought it was too weedy to swim so we also utilized the state park beach for that. Other than that we had a perfect time with great fishing. ”

“This was my first time using Vrbo and it was fairly easy to navigate through the process (without too much help from my daughter). Roy Lake Landing has a good floor plan for privacy of bedrooms. The beds very comfortable. We made good use of the completely fitted out kitchen. Good view of the good lake from either upper or lower deck. We should have stayed two more days! Jim”

“The hosts were great--friendly and very responsive when we had a question about anything. We were extremely impressed with how clean this place was. From the floors to the counters and dishes, bathrooms and bedrooms, to even the windows and window SCREENS, the place was immaculate. Very soft towels and bedsheets, lots of extra blankets for lounging or sleeping with. The kitchen is well stocked with everything the listing describes, and then some! The coffee corner was fantastic!Now for the……

“Our stay was wonderful. We were just down the road from the boat dock and we could drop our boat in the lake very easily. We fished most days and caught a range of different fish. The cabin had a nice patio and deck that we could sit on and watch the day go by. We would stay again! Thank you to Phil for all your help and quick responses to all my questions.
