「Clean and hygienic」

「Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. 」

「The stay here was a great experience. Facility was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was easy to find.」

「酒店有床铺有虫子！」

「Very nice」

「My room was not very good. Closet door was broken and dirty. Piping for the shower head was rusty. Tile on the bathroom floor was grungy. The caulking job was wretched and pealing off. Mold on the tile in the shower. Hair on my toilet seat when I went in for the first time. The door to my room had been broken into recently and wasnt fixed. I could see into my room from the outside.」

「The staff was amazing. They were under remodel which was great, but added a stinky smell, and visually looked messy. One of the elevators looked like it was falling apart and half way through my start or was turned off. The only working ice machine was on the 4th floor. The only drinking water for bottle refills was in the gym (which was closed for the remodel) and the pool was closed. When I got into my room, At first everything looked amazing. Then I started noticing holes in the walls where...

「Very pleased with the hotel & cleanliness of the room.」

「They noted on their website that they had a $50 deposit for pets as well as $10 per night per pet. What they didn’t tell you was it was a $50 nonrefundable deposit. Also it came with the kitchenette. There were no doors on the cabinets no pots or pans in the drawers no silverware. No coffee maker or clock. When we arrived at 5 o’clock the room was still being prepared. Missing a bedside nite stand.」

「El baño no estaba muy limpio. La funda de la almohada estaba sucia. Solo habian 2 ganchos en el closet.」

「D at the front desk and Eric (who was making sure the lobby area was clean) were extremely friendly and helpful. So was the person who checked us in the night before. Lovely accommodation, lovely staff.」

「When you first arrive at the hotel, you’d have to go through the horrendous potholes that almost took my car out. Before going into our room, the key card wouldn’t work sometimes. Housekeeping covering a new sheet over dirty old moldy sheets under it. The lamp and desk had no stability to it. Lamp kept falling while the chair was creaking. The shower knob…the first night I thought the hot water would slowly turn on warmer, but quickly realize the cold and hot signs is on the wrong side smh. The...
