“We had a wonderful stay at the J6 condo. It was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed. The unit itself and the whole complex was nice and quiet and convenient to everything. We appreciated the bikes and the pool/hot tub. The property management company was extremely communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay again.”

“Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I loved having our own little place to stay in beautiful Sunriver. Close to The Village and bike paths which made everything just a close bike ride away. Super quiet and serene. We will definitely come back to this place again.”

“Negative 5 starts if possible..... This place is not ready for rental. Baited mouse trap sitting in plain site when we entered... temp was set to 55F. After a night, it was clear the walls and ceilings were infested with mice. Upper bathroom fan seizes from time to time, king bed mattress is completely shot (better ones found abandoned along the road). Carpet and floors were filthy, white socks turned black on their bottoms within an hour. TV had terribly annoying ROKU pop-ads until one in the……

“This unit is probably not the most luxurious in the Sunriver area but is nice enough and served my son and I well as we attended a sports tournament in Bend. The unit sits next to a business park just outside of Sunriver proper. It is on the road that leads directly to Mt. Bachelor so if you are skiing or biking it is a great location. Bonus points that it is walking distance to Sunriver Brewing! Unit was clean and in good repair.”
