「So happy with this hotel!! I was so stressed when I arrived and Keisha went above and beyond to listen to me and to help me be able to just relax and enjoy my weekend. With Keisha's help, my nightmare of a weekend was saved into one that was filled with amazing memories my children so always Rent-A-Car l remember. I will definitely stay there again!!」

「Good choice when we go to Chicago at the night time 」

「Bring some type of door locking tool as our room (204) did not have a clasp for the door latch and only the standard deadbolt. Bring own bedding, all pieces. Be aware of how to turn on the shower from the faucet as it is not standard and prepare for a misty unpressured shower waterfall. Also, a spray bottle, bottle or rubbing alcohol, container of bleach wipes, and possibly your favorite pure essential oil will go along way to make yourself more comfortable.」

「I thought it would have been hot and cold breakfast and I couldn't control the temperature in the room. It was set, but I had a wonderful time there.」

「The hotel was okay. The bed and bathroom were clean. The carpet in the room was wet. The nice employee at the desk would have given us a partial refund, but we booked it through a third party, so they couldn't. The breakfast was good, and it had a nice fitness room.」

「Hallways and stairways were a sauna. Heat was on way too high. Breakfast was ok. Need some fruit. Not sure why there were dinner potatoes and pulled pork out there. Would be better with some bacon or a breakfast sausage. Pool and hot tub wasnt open. We couldnt get a discount for not being able to use the gym, pool and hot tub. Wont stay here again. 」
