“I was not a good experience for me. My room flooded from the rain and all they did was put towels on the floor which didnt make sense ”

“Quiet and security helpful ”

“Do not book here! Pay the extra $25-$50 for literally anywhere else. Sketchy neighborhood, couples arguing all day and night, TV and WiFi did not work. We picked this spot because they were pet friendly and it was for one night but honestly I wish I’d picked a different spot.”

“This place smells like damp carpet. The breakfast is ok. They have wall unit ac, that also smells. Room are large that’s it”

“Expedia said that my request was going to be applied and the property was aware and no that's not true my ceiling leaked couldn't be moved to another room until the next day so no sleep worrying about the ceiling falling just not happy with Expedia are the property”

“Staff was great. Property needs some love ..a lot of rusted stuff around. There was a light smell of piss in the area where you first walk in. If they just invested some money and remodeled this would be an excellent Marriott property. Definitely bottom tier property for me but so grateful to be able to stay here last minute after I was booted out of my residence inn confirmed property two days before I arrived.”

“There’s absolutely nothing I can compliment about this property. It was flat out disgusting. From ripped curtains, to what appeared to be blood spatter, that was then poorly cleaned, white substances around the edge of the bed, tile flooring in the bathroom cracked, without grout, not cleaned, still had trash from the last person. You got 3 pillows for 2 beds, a sheet, with a thin brown blanket that was covered with another flat sheet. Mattress covers ripped, mattress skirts had holes and……

“It was clean, quiet, had a nice microwave and mini-fridge, comfortable bed and everything we needed. The only downside was the minimal breakfast that was served. The manager and staff were very helpful, kind, and friendly.”

“Hey I arrived and the guy at front desk charged me the accidental fee which I know is always mandatory but after checking out and leaving I realized he charged me two different transactions one $75.00 and one $250.00 I had to contact Expedia to help me get my refund I’m not sure how he did that and didn’t let me know what he was charging me for aside from the accidental fee”
