Plenty of room, great location
5 siblings and spouses 'of a certain age' all gathered in person for the first time in at least 6 years. We had plenty of room and all the amenities. Easy walking distance from restaurants, shopping, morning walks on the lake. A most enjoyable week...even the weather cooperates.

Great gathering spot
My group had a great time in Lake Geneva at Brian's property. The house was very clean and comfortable for our whole group. It was so nice having a quick walk to downtown for all that the LG area has to offer. I wouldn't hesitate to book this spot again for another girls trip!!

Birthday weekend!!
We stayed at the Farmhouse on wells for a fun girls birthday weekend. The house was just as stated and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for all of us and was an easy walk to downtown Lake Geneva. We had a fantastic time and will cherish the memories, we will definitely book here again!

We had a great long weekend getaway at the Farmhouse on Wells. Location was amazing - walkable to everything in Lake Geneva. The house was clean and well appointed and Brian was very responsive!

Well equiped home.
Only recommendation is to add railings to front and back porches. Steps very slippery when wet as we experienced with the mist and rain during our stay. Beds too soft...need a little firmer mattresses. Owner very responsive to our inquiries, home is beautifully decorated and spacious.

Guys golf trip and 50 year old celebrations.
Exceptional property…perfect location (walked to dinner every night), incredibly clean, nice size bedrooms and plenty of lounging areas (basement and off the kitchen). House was stocked with essentials like coffee, creamer, extra towels, blankets, pillows etc…private yard with ample space for barbecuing, bags and hanging out (lots of seating). Bathrooms were very nice and super clean. Would highly highly recommend this house and would give 6 stars if possible. Check-in/check-out process was so easy…owner is friendly and available when needed. Book today and enjoy a gem. Very well priced for Lake Geneva market.
