「We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very spacious, clean and accommodating; and being able to have lake views was amazing! If it were more private it would be perfect! It’s next to a shopping center which can be convenient, but takes away from the ambiance. What really detracts from this beautiful place is the train! There is a freight train that is right across from the hotel and it goes by at least 6-8 times during the day, night and wee hours of the morning! Which is not great when...

「The pool had leaves and tree branches/debris in it. So we didn't get in. The TV kept shutting off after playing a movie between 5-15 mins. It will restart the TV. So we couldn't watch that. However, everything else was great! Staff was very polite and helpful. Isaiah checked me in, asked if I wanted to use my Hilton Honors account. He assisted me with additional blankets. Breakfast was great!」
