「Great location, very clean and comfortable! Friendly and welcoming staff, from the front desk to housekeeping. Even on a holiday weekend it was family friendly and quiet. Coffee at the free continental breakfast was surprisingly decent! However for the caffeine snobs, would recommend a quick drive to historic Hazelwood for Beach Mountain Diner and the coffee roasters cafe across the street.」

「The operator uses a very cheap card key that apparently loses its effectiveness when brought close to a cell phone. Both evenings, after long days, we had to go back downstairs to have them rekeyed. Towels are more like sheets than towels. TV mount was broken and monitor leaning. No "fix" apparent.」

I had very limited contact with staff, but that was pleasant. There was some road noise but not terrible. Spacious parking was at the room entry. Some of the room photos are misleading. 「Property was well cleaned and staff was very supportive. Breakfast was good. Some area of improvement is Lift which is very old and close early. Also it will be good if items have name listed for breakfast so it will be easy for vegetarian to select. I will definitely plan to stay again if plan to go Maggie valley next time.」

I had to track down the real property manager myself the morning before i left causing me to leave late.
