We asked for details of the sunrise tour, the first thing she told us was the cacelation policy instead of what we expected to enjoy!! “The property looked like it needed an upgrade, no tv and the WiFi did not work. The room has stained carpet and carpet was ripped. The hotel charges a lot of money but it felt like a motel 6. The jacuzzi had a leak on the shower head and had to wipe the water up to make sure it didn’t leak every where. Very disappointed. ”
