"Great staff"

"Staff at check-in was very helpful; staff at restaurant was great; housekeeping staff was fantastic. The furniture in the lobby was filthy-I was surprised because I've stayed here for years when I traveled to this area. The beds were comfy. Parking garage was nice. I wish they had a microwave in the rooms like some of their competitors. Overall, pretty decent experience. "

Com app,they said I couldn't and also tried Motel 6,they couldn't help either but the app still charged my card .That's unfair THIS APP A SCAM I PRAY NO ONE ELSE USE HOTELS. "We had a three-night stay in early May 2025. The room was fine. However, housekeeping apparently didn't visit our room even once during our three-night stay – not even to empty wastebaskets, much less straighten the room. We expect better."

"I was told breakfast was at 6:30. We needed to be at our son's to avoid morning traffic to the airport and he needed to go to work after dropping us off at the airport. we arrived in the lobby at 6:28. at 6:40 i ask the desk clerk if i had misunderstood what time breakfast would be. He was extremely helpful and said she was running late. At 645 the breakfast lady came out and said she was running late and she knew we had flights to catch. I rolled my eyes as she said it and she then proceeded to tell me she knew how disappointed i was and i could come on in. and then she said If you want to eat your breakfast unprepared go ahead!! I never said i wanted french toast, eggs, or sausage. I just needed something to eat with my medication and to be able to be at our sons to have him get us to the airport on time and him to work. I even said to lady. i am sorry to upset you and she refused to talk to me! Everyone else in this motel evey time we stay here has been EXTREMELY POLITE and we have been EXTREMLEY HAPPY but this breakfast lady was not like the rest! I would have eaten yogurt or a bagel or cereal of which were all out but she didn't open the doors until almost 650. that's 20 minutes late!"
