Check in / communication:We contacted the property manager to see if the property was avaliable for arrival a day sooner than planned and it was, so we extended our stay. When we got there around midnight, the door code had not been activated and we had to be let in remotely after calling the management company. The following morning, the door code still had not been activated and we had to call again. That took a while and was kind of a pain but once thing's were sorted out, it was fine. The commication process was kinda slow. You can speak with a representative but then you have to wait for emails for any chnages and they seem to take a while.Listing Accuracy: The listing indicated there is a boat slip. Which there is but you have to request to use it, which is not a problem but no where in the listing is that mentioned so when we went to put our boat in, we had to call (again) to find out which slip we could use and we were told that you can only use it if you rent a boat (we trailered ours in), they did end up letting us rent it for 30/day.Once all of that was sorted out, we were able to relax and enjoy the trip. The listing was accurate, the property was well stocked and clean.
