Nice location but….

This condo is in a great location for lake watching. Boat slips may be available at the Four Seasons Matina next door for $75/night. Call 573-723-3506 to reserve a slip. However, the condo could use updating. The dishwasher was broken while we were there and looked as if it had been broken for awhile. Lights bulbs were burned out and there weren’t extras. Soap for the showers and tub (in the middle of the master bedroom) we’re in short supply so bring your own. Very small amount of silverware and dishes. The window in the master bedroom is missing a slat on the vertical blinds and since the unit is on the ground floor it didn’t offer much in the way of privacy. The patio hadn’t been swept after the last guest so the food that remained attracted ants. The mattresses are VERY firm. Bedspreads and window coverings appear to have been there since the 80’s. This unit needs some tender living care.
