Great spot!

This house was fantastic for our family another. Easy walk to the dock, well maintained and clean with plenty of room. The boat lift was also an added bonus that we really enjoyed as we spent most days on the dock or on the water.

Family Get-Away at the Lake

Excellent property just as described in the listing. The property is operated by a small business in Osage Beach. This makes it super easy to reach someone if you have any issues. The dock was wonderful! Our adult children loved the paddle board and kayak. We caught several fish each day and would stay here again for our next trip to the lake. In my opinion, a repeat customer is the best review you can give!

Great for a big family

We stayed for a family Thanksgiving gathering. The whole place is so clean and has plenty of kitchen supplies for family meals. And so great that we could bring our furry family with us. We loved our stay!

Perfect for Our Needs!

We were looking for a rental that could accommodate our family member with special needs and the property manager was very quick and responsive with all my questions. The house was very clean and looked like it was recently updated. The location is great too. It’s just minutes from a good selection of restaurants and shopping. We visited in January so unfortunately we didn’t spend any time out on the lake, but we will definitely return to this property again in the summer!

Very Nice place

Great place and location. Parking is of course a pain, could use better pole markers as you cant see the driveway when pulling in. I have several STR's and this one is great. I mentioned the pod side of the coffee maker does not work and not sure if you intended to have your lift down in the water. I am told they should always be UP fyi. :)

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Perfect property for a weekend getaway. House was spacious and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Plenty of plates, cups, pans, and utensils. Lots of kitchen items, bathroom items, spacious dock with fun toys. Appreciated the extra full size fridge in the basement too! Highly recommended to stay here. The couches are so comfortable and our guests were impressed with the quality of the home items.Be prepared for lots of steps down to the lake. This is expected based on the pictures, but it was a considerable amount of walking for our older guests.Water was peaceful and even with rain, we were able to enjoy fishing with a covered dock. Appreciated all of the extras included at the property, so we didn’t need to pack so many things. Kids loved the kayak and paddle board (make sure to bring a life jacket).We had an issue with the initial entry code, but we were able to reach the office the evening of check in with no issues and it was a quick fix.The bunk bed in the lower level was so squeaky we couldn’t use it, so we moved the mattress to the floor. The Kcup side of the coffee maker was also troublesome, so we just used the full cup side.The dishwasher did have a small leak when used, but this was something we wiped up right away.Small things, but worth mentioning for maintenance sake.

Location Location Location

For us we love to be in the middle of things, but want a quiet cove so our boat does not get beat up when tied to the dock. Impossible you say? Not with this property. A very deep cove that goes no wake right past this house means you deal with a few wakes, but mostly calm water. But even better is a lift, and for renters that is a rare find. The house is updated, nice, and very clean. The layout is great. The Screen-in porch was wonderful. Did I mentioned it is close to everything? Easy to get to, no gravel, good parking, A+++
