「House is beautiful - exactly as pictured but even better in person. Beds were super comfortable. Linens were soft. Obviously the pool is the star of the property but the backyard in general is very nice - perfect for families. Plenty of pool towels, as well as pool floats, etc. Very safe neighborhood and easy access to a major road. Host was very responsive and quick to help with questions. I personally appreciated the extra little touches - it was easy to tell that this host truly wants to...

「This property wowed us tremendously! We loved our stay. The host was helpful with check-in and even sent us a text welcoming us, how to use our code on the door, and how to use the thermostat. We did notice the property could have been cleaned better with a need to replace the furnace filter and floor sweeping that hadn't been done. Also, the thermostat kept adjusting without us doing it. But all that was minor. Our children LOVED the swimming pool and the pool table with dart board!!! Thank you...

「Perfect home and neighborhood... The pool and backyard are beautiful, it was nice just sitting out there in the morning trying to catch a few rays.. The pool table we used the last night we were there.. lots of fun... We came to Phoenix for a wedding, wish we would of had more time to spend at the house.. the time we did spend we enjoyed.. The property manager was great... To the owners... Thank you for sharing your home..」

"Because the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are new and the hygiene is good, but it is not equipped with drinking water and coffee machines, and there are no microwave ovens and other basic facilities. The breakfast is also very simple, with little food and poor taste, which is lacking as a three-star hotel."
