“A great place for family to escape the busy city and relax. I am grateful for all the staff members during our stay and welcoming us like family. “The hotel, like most of the hotels in Tagaytay, is facing the crater lake. But the international hotel chain has been a great disappointment to me.
First of all, for the time I found my Deposit box in my room is wrong;
secondly, the hotel is very old, air conditioning noise is very serious will let you hard to sleep for the whole night；
finally, encountered two problems so serious, obviously there are other rooms in the premise, and the reaction I they did not mean to change the room.”
