"Breakfast was not offered. You have to pay for it. Did not have room ready because were trying to get rid of the smell from previous dog! Finally just changed to different room. It was not the same as I reserved. Supplies out in the doggie area. The beds were to hard for us but the sheets were excellent thread count...so soft! The room was clean and updated."

"Booked double queen room. Beds appeared to only be full size ? Mattresses need replaced support worn out on sides near center night stand. Room 217 floor has soft spots along one side of bed. Appears tried covering it up by putting sitting chair over the spots. Refrigerator was not cold. Set on 7 out of 8 scale. Turned it to full/ 8 cold setting to get it to feel cold. Positives breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful"
