This property did not meet my expectations more than it compare well with any other property I have rented in the areaThe interior is musty and somewhat old in the need of updating the bathrooms are very small and the two larger bedrooms had beds without headboards, which made it difficult for me to sleep. I ended up sleeping on the couch.To add to it, I found a business card for pest control company on the kitchen counter when I arrived to believe they had just had it sprained which I would’ve preferred. They would’ve waited. I notified the owner that I had found cockroaches, kitchen, and living room and his response in Florida. They have Palmetto. No concern was impacting.The backyard pool is very nice and set up well
