“The bed sheets were stained, the bathroom was dusty, and the bathtub faucet was old and difficult to turn on and off—especially to get the hot water running. They didn't provide a "Do Not Disturb" sign; consequently, the housekeeping staff would knock on the door every day at 9:30 AM to ask if anything was needed, which woke me up. I would not want to stay at this place again; the price for two nights was $458—far too high for the service provided.”

“Was parking easy and security ”

“I traveled with kids and stayed at this hotel for 5 days and it was honestly the worst hotel I have stayed at. I had to switch rooms 3 times because the first room the door didn’t lock and there were cockroaches, the second room the carpet had stains like crazy. I had to stay in the third room because there was no other rooms available, however there was this bad odor, it smelled like there was Pee on the carpet. I had to go out of my way to buy air fresheners so I’ll be able to breathe good……

“The property is dated and could use refurbishment and it's underway. Mostly it needs to be brightened up by repainting and the carpet removed and or replaced. However, everything was clean including bedding, floors and furnishings. It was an older Ramada Inn with their older dark colors. My wife and I never felt uncomfortable and would/will stay there in the future. It's location is in an area of low income spread. We read all previous ratings before going there. I can only say it's……

“Broken and old”

“Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality.”
