Just perfect!

This was one of the best VRBO houses that I have rented. It was perfect for my son, daughter-in-law and 2 small grandchildren. It was very well stocked with supplies, a quiet neighborhood, close to the store, a nice backyard sitting area (had two owls land in the tree while we were outside) and a turtle and fish in one of the bedrooms! The grandkids loved Fred the turtle. If you are looking for a family house to relax in after a busy day of activities, this is it!

Nice place

I would definitely stay there again! A few minor problems…bottom oven not preheating properly, coffee maker, dishwasher and bathroom fixtures need de-scaling from hard water deposits. No TVs in 2nd or 3rd bedrooms. But the property is nice, good location for me, wish the weather had been better to enjoy the back patio! Thanks Alex!

Very nice accommodations!

This home was very nice and comfortable! Our associates who stayed here commented on how nice everything was and enjoyed their time here. Alex was very helpful and responsive to questions. If we have another project in this area, we would definitely have them stay here again.

Great Quiet Location

Nice home in a quiet subdivision. Close to shopping and restaurants. Fred is a great host, we would definitely recommend this property to others.

Great stay in Lakeland

Excellent place to stay quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants via car. Just be aware when it says TV you need to have your own streaming TV subscription for the smart tv. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely quiet neighborhood

My wife and I stayed here for 8 weeks and were very comfortable. The beds are excellent as are the showers. Loved the open concept living room and kitchen. Super convenient laundry facilities off the kitchen. Excellent heating/central air conditioning. The furnishings/decor are sparse and the living room lighting is dim. Alex is accommodating and was pleasant with us. Wonderful back yard patio and grill!

Very clean vacation rental

We needed a place to stay to visit with family in the area and this place was just perfect. We were just minutes away from family and the local grocery store. The rental was super clean with an amazing massage chair. The back yard was nice to just hang out in and play some board games. The back yard also is completely fenced in, which was great for our pups. Would definitely rent again if we come back to the area.
