Lakeland Hotel with Pool

"Check in at 3, we got there after 5 and room was not ready. Finally got a room 40 min later. Room was clean, strong lemon scent which died down later that evening. We were on the 6 floor. The next morning could not shower there was no water on the 6 floor. Staff apologized repeatedly but no compensation for no water or late on check in."

"The staff here is always amazing. Have stayed here several times and always have exceptional service. Rooms are clean and breakfast is well prepared and stocked."
