Clean rooms and friendly staff. However I was there towards the end of the ski season and there was noticeably less staff around to help with bags and ski equipment when checking in, but I guess this is expected when visiting outside of peak season

5BR Ski house - 3 miles south of downtown Bethel
Plenty of room with bedrooms as advertised. Huge dining table able to fit our big group. Two fridges and nice appliances. Lots of parking out front. Responsive with maintenance.
