Bass Lake Condo
Although the location of this property is great, the biggest issue is the cleanliness. Dirty carpet, filthy fans, visible dust on furniture, etc. The one positive is that the kitchen was fairly well stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. I have stayed in other condos in Huntington. This is not one that I would stay in again.

Nice place, with a couple hiccups
Very spacious and good location. Only 8 minutes away from the China Peak Ski resort. Small minimart nearby where you can get gas and some supplies but make sure you bring whatever ingredients you'll need for cooking. The only gripe is the hot water going out during our stay... and that is some cold mountain water. We tried contacting management about the hot water going out but never got a response. Overall good value if you're ok with the possibility of not showering during your stay.

Issues with the HVAC unit, a wireless controller has been installed and it is not easy to use.

Family getaway
Place is nice and big. We spread out and still didn't use one of the rooms. It's old, so needs lots of cleaning and refreshing. Bathrooms were clean, otherwise we wiped down all the surfaces before we touched anything and washed the dishes before we used them to be safe. The heater vents were gross...I wiped them down best I could, but thankfully we never used the heater system. Overall good place for views and a good night sleep out of a tent!

Well located Huntington Lake condo.
The condo is in a beautiful location with beautiful trees and even a peekaboo view o the lake. The beds are comfortable and it comfortably sleeps 8 as advertised. The downfall was a lack of a good cleaning. It was dusty and in need of some repairs. We even found popcorn on the 2nd shelf of the coffee table a good vacuuming and scrubbing would definitely help. The location is beautiful and we had a great time.

Comfy and spacious
Condo was comfortable and spacious and met all our needs. Only issue was the bottom of oven was dirty which caused the smoke alarm to go off. Also the access to the front steps is very dangerous.

OK place
The location was ok. The driveway and stairs to the unit were covered in ice and very slippery. The stove was greasy. The drying rack for dishes was filthy and had old dirty towels on it. They did have a TV and a Dish box but no channels worked. The main floor toilet did not work the entire time we were there. They sent a plumber to "fix" it but the very next time someone tried to use it it wouldn't flush. We had to walk upstairs or downstairs to use the toilet for the entire weekend. We called the vacation rental company and they said that the cable was turned off for the entire building. This was an issue since we wanted to watch the super bowl. They did nothing to accommodate us. Luckily my husband was coming up later and was able to bring our firestick so we could stream it. They were also not helpful when I tried to request a late checkout. They said I missed the 6pm cut of.f. It was 6:12pm. I asked if there was a local person I could talk to and they said no.

Lacking support
Fees are pretty high for all the condos in the area so I expect things to be in good shape and to get support. 2 of 3 shower drains clogged, barbecue didn’t work, no soap. I called the support line and reported but nothing happened.
