Hi Sarah Thank you for your review. I love Christmas and decorate every year for it in all cabins. Lots of people can't be home for the holidays or are coming up for a get away and I want every one to feel comfortable and at home. I do ap[ologize for the chlorine smell unfortunately with the hot tub being inside there is always that smell and we do have to keep the chlorine at a certain level with the hot tubs being used daily. I am trying to come up with a solution on how to get the smell out but as of yet I haven't figured one out. We have a maintenance man that plows the snow for all of our parks and he gets here as fast as he can. I truly apologize for any incoveniences this caused you. We would like nothing more than for you to give us another chance maybe in a different cabin or in the summer when you can keep the windows open while using the hot tub if you still want a cabin with one in it. Sorry to hear you appeared to have a bad experience. You stayed for 8 days. All of your check in information was messaged to you through your booking agent. When you called we answered the phone and gave you the codes to get in. If there was a problem there was ample time to call the office and have things rectified. Yes the refrigerator and stove are older. However they work perfectly. The cabin is small and homey and it is the one that you picked when you made the reservation. I hope your next destination is more suitable to your liking. Safe Travels

Hello,Sorry that you appeared to have had a bad experience. Every cabin has 2 towels, 2 wash cloths, a bath mat and hand towel in the bathroom. The kitchen has a dish towel and wash cloth. We do not offer daily cleaning for the cabins when there are guests in them. We talked during your stay and had you asked daily I could have very easily gotten you fresh towels everyday. When you did ask for additional towels you only asked for one of each. Or you could have asked the housekeeper as she was cleaning the different cabins.

Bob,I do apologizxe that there were other guests enjoying the fire pit both nights. I am looking into gettting additional ones.

Carter,Sorry to hear you aappeared to have a bad time. I can be reached by phone at all times. If you called the number that is by the office door it always goes straight to me. As for no refrigerator. There is one it is right by the sink and stove. My housekeeper checks all dishes and cabins daily when she cleans them and takes pictures. The window frames are wood and there is no mold in them. Had you called me I could have switched you to a different cabin. I hope you find more suitable accomodations at your next destination.
