「Great house, beautifully decorated with everything you could need for a great getaway. Lots of stairs though being across 4 floors so not for those less mobile which was fine for us. House has high ceilings throughout other than the basement kitchen/diner (which is beautiful) but my 6ft4 sons head touched the ceiling which we laughed about! Beds are really comfortable and better quality than we have ever had in a rental. Lots of lovely extra touches like tea, coffee, cereal, washing products...

「Immaculately clean & very well equipped. Lots of attention to detail. We only stayed for one night, wish we could have stopped longer. Very convenient for local pub which served good food. Great location for walking.」

「Thanks so much for a lovely stay! The cottage was home away from home. We loved the welcome hamper. Such a lovely Idea. Only thing to comment is that the house should perhaps offer free parking with a permit be given for two car's, our a voucher to park for free at the race course. "The location is great and nearby the ferry pier. But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered scrambling egg with smoked salmon toast, they said no more but I saw other customers have it, I thought smoked salmon and egg are very common foods in a hotel restaurant, I wondered why they can tell me no more stocks. I just can say this hotel not worth for money, they are overpriced. Staffs are not really friendly. "
