Lake get away.
Great location and plenty of water toys, cool retro family games, and a great view of the lake. Perfect spot to fish, kayak or just hang out. Host was very responsive.

Best lake views!
This has the charm of a real lake house of yesteryear to the built in the wall toaster to the can crusher to the paneled loft and retro furniture. The living area is welcoming and comfortable for friends and family. With wall to wall windows one is immediately greeted by the stunning backdrop of lake, lily pads and a green pastoral Reserve. Perfect for kayaking and boating.

Family weekend away
Fun weekend away. This has one master bedroom on the first floor with an enormous master bathroom. The beds in the loft upstairs are really designed for younger children. If you are over 6 ft, you are too long for the beds. Lots of fun lake play-things, kayaks, floats, canoe. The only kitchen gadget missing was a wine opener. Beautiful view!

Amazing property!
We cannot say enough great things about this property and all the amenities! It is a beautiful home right on the water. Super clean with everything you could need, there and ready for you! We enjoyed all of the toys, from the board games in the house to the canoe, kayaks, and paddle boat outside (even life vests of all sizes !). The big bathroom has an amazing tub that my granddaughter loved! The kitchen is well stocked. When the younger family members were sleeping in, the back porch provided a very peaceful spot to watch the water and listen to all of the birds! When they were awake, it was a nice family hang out with plenty of seating. While we did not need him while we were there, the owner was awesome in his communication before we arrived. The only complaint we have is that we wished he would keep his lake a little cleaner! Just kidding! Obviously he has nothing to do with that but we couldn’t resist being a little silly. Thank you for an amazing stay that we wished could have been longer - we would love to come back!

Absolutely phenomenal!!
I have rented multiple properties during summer at Indian Lake for years and this property is now my all-time favorite. Very impressive. This trip was just myself & my two sisters. Everything was perfect. ZERO COMPLAINTS. Extremely clean, perfect location, comfortable, amazing views, polite neighbors, and the owner is the most responsive & kind owner I have ever dealt with. I absolutely will be renting again without question, I cannot wait to share this with my husband. I promise you will not be disappointed, I highly recommend this property.

Peaceful, calm , relaxing
We were all pleased with the location of the home. Our family went to Indian Lake over Memorial Day. Although it was hectic everywhere else, inside the house and on the back deck it was very peaceful. We enjoyed watching the herons, egrets, and all the other wildlife at the lake. We took some of our own dishes for casseroles and a frying pan. We were happy we had them. The house was well supplied with towels, etc. The beds were good and there was plenty of room for everyone. The evening before we left we were told by the owner that there was no TV unless you brought your own fire stick, which we didn't have. Our family really missed being able to watch TV. That was a disappointment. The location is wonderful. If you are looking for a place to get away and relax, this is it. Pat and Family

Great Family Getaway!
The house was clean and well maintained with a beautiful lake view. Situated on a quiet and clean channel with a boat dock the cottage was stocked for fun! We loved fishing, kayaking, and swimming in the channel. Our rented boat added extra fun on the lake. Would definitely return!!

Delightful Satisfaction
We loved this cabin on the lake. Its large windowed view of the lake and the pastural farm beyond was life giving. The sun rises right in view, and sets across the street beautifully. The water is a no wake zone so passing boats are quieter and the kayaking is more fun. The kayaks are top quality and the opportunities to paddle by homes or tree lines river/lake is easily available. Furniture from bed to couch to stuffed chair, is new, excellent quality. We cooked all our meals but its just minutes away from town. we walked along a side street over a bridge and along next island, fun easy interesting (yes, the homes vary extensively in their history and size)...e will return and book again. The owner answered all our questions and was incredibly supportive.
