「I arrived later than planned so I got lost in the dark trying to find the place. Super cute and cozy. Close to the lake and restarting/bar. There is no heat, but the owner provided a space heater. I love the cold so I didn’t need it. 」

「Had another great long holiday winter weekend at this property with friends and family. Easy access to Elk Mtn for skiing, fun playing on the frozen lake and cozy evenings by the wood stove and TV. Long dirt road to get there but wasn’t hard to navigate and still a close drive to general store (Cables), convenience store/pizzaria (Arlo’s) or restaurants (The Beacon) for weekend needs. 「Clean and comfortable. We appreciated the nice quality bedding linens and mattress. Very comfortable. Nice studio apartment like unit with kitchen that is well stocked with pots/pans etc for those who cook. Tranquil country setting. I would stay again. 」

「The layout of the house is wonderful and offers endless views of the lake from almost every area.The upper deck is a lovely bonus. The peace and tranquilty was much needed. The ducks were great to watch! House was clean. The host was easily reached and very helpful. We loved our experience. Payden, dog, and I would definitely recommend 」

「My family stayed here with our dog for one night. I wish we could have stayed longer! The cottage was immaculate, cozy, and welcoming. We had the pleasure of speaking with the host Debbie, and she was lovely! We didn’t get to use the fire pit area, but we enjoyed the view of the pond. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and other necessities, and the beds were comfortable for a solid night’s rest. We hope to stay here again in the future!」
