“服務好環境好房間好，離城堡不遠”

“So close to the mountains you feel like you can touch them from your room. This hotel is beautiful and has that upscale luxury feel to it with a full service spa. The word palace is in the name and it definitely belongs there. The lobby has a palatial feel with high ceilings and nicely upholstered furniture. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are huge and luxurious with nice amenities. This property gives you a resort feel and I could easily spend a week here. Its 5 minute drive from……

“Down side : The room in itself was ok, but a smell of sulfure or cigarette was perceptible that annoys us a bit. It look like the room had water damage at some point in the past because all the corners of the base board were rippled. The pool was already close when we came in october Plus side : the bed is soft and comfortable and the restaurant was nice and the breakfast very good and had a-lot of choices. And the staff was friendly and professional.”

The room itself was comfortable, although the technology, particularly the air conditioning and television, could benefit from an upgrade. The signage throughout the gardens could also be improved to make it easier to find your way around. We would have appreciated more information about the farm-to-table concept. The spa……

“浴室細小，wifi 較弱。但酒店地點好，位於市中心，步行或坐車到各景點都十分方便。員工十分友善，主動提供地圖和附近景點資訊。”
