Single-family house "Combel d'Arnal". 800 m from the centre of Lamagdelaine, 7 km from the centre of Cahors, in the residential district, in a cul-de-sac. Private: natural state property 780 m2 (fenced), wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool fenced (8 x 4 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Terrace (35 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 800 m, supermarket 7 km, bus stop "Montaigne, Cahors" 7 km.
"Combel d'Arnal", 3-room house 120 m2. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the veranda. Living/dining room with veranda with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 1 french bed. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Oil heating. Parquet floors. Terrace 18 m2, roofed.
