“It took about 15 minutes to wake up the front desk attendant so that I could check-in after a long day of travel. She acted annoyed that I woke her. I said that I was about to leave & find another hotel because I had been waiting about 15 minutes. She completely ignored my comment, she didn’t attempt to apologize.”
