「Whilst the Expedia price on this hotel was lower than the hotels website, the general condition of the room and bar was tired and dated. The shower did not work correctly, room light kept flickering on and off when switched on. It was convenient for a party i was attending but i would not return. 」

「The staff we encountered, and another we asked for help with heating, were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were plentiful, although no fruit or brown bread was offered. Toast was offered, but with no suitable crockery. Not enough plug sockets in the bedroom and what were on offer, were not all usable ! Heating was provided in the room - although with no instructions - which proved necessary. Bathroom facilities were good and clean. Parking was plentiful. It was odd that a decaf coffee option...

「Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. 「Clean room, our favourite location 」

「Very clean rooms and friendly hosts. It was quite cool in the evenings with heating only on in the mornings and there was no communal lounge area to sit in so we felt we were confined to our bedroom. 」

「Pet friendly, clean room, excellent shower, comfortable large bed. Walk across the path to a friendly, cosy pub. Property is a little tired in decor especially the net curtain & curtain rail Lighting not great in the bathroom but all great for a night’s stay」

「Was a great B&B to stay in. Room very clean, plenty of room to spread out. Comes with a fridge,tea and coffee. And breakfast was excellent. Host was very friendly and made sure you was well looked after. I can't say anything negative. Great place to stay. Parking outside and local shops with in walking distance. 」
